What is the best way to get rid of stretch marks?

What are some ways that truly help with stretch marks? I am not pregnant but I know some people who are, and they are extremely worried about the stretch marks.

Once there are stretch marks on your body, they will always be there. They will start out dark and will eventually turn a silvery color and eventuallly will become invisible. Its just best to keep them moisturized and don’t itch yourself or they will get worse. Stretch marks are genetic, theres not much you can do to prevent them and you can’t make them completely disappear either.

Yeah, there’s not much that can be done. I used cocoa butter religiously and still got them pretty bad. Once the skin gets to a certain point, it just can’t handle the stretching anymore and there’s nothing you can do. Not everyone gets them. I was not one of the lucky ones. My dermatologist gave me Retin-A (which is an acne med) to help with fading them, and it is. So if they end up with them, get to the skin doctor!
